Job Summary: 
Responsible for overseeing and managing the sterile processing areas supporting perioperative services and coordinating the reprocessing of and delivery of items to other areas within the health care organization.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Education, Bachelor Degree preferred

Certification/License: CRCST certificate or Surgical Technologist Certificate required.
Sterile Processing Manager certification or Certified Healthcare Leader must be completed within one year of employment if not yet certified.
IAHCSMM membership required.

Experience: 3-5 years related work experience in sterile processing or as a surgical technologist preferred.
3-5 years progressive supervisory experience strongly preferred.
