Statement of Purpose:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Switchboard Operator and according to specified procedures, operates the console switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls; performs various hospital communications and clerical duties; acts as hospital receptionist.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.  Previous switchboard experience preferred.  Excellent oral & communication skills required.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends.  All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
