Surgical Physician Assistant (Nocturnist) for Milford Regional Physician Group at Milford Regional Medical Center
Statement of Purpose
The Surgical Physician Assistant (Nocturnist) will work under the supervising Physician and provide pre-operative assessment, coordination of care, first assist during emergency surgery, and post-operative follow up for inpatient services in the surgical operating room and on the patient care floor at Milford Regional Medical Center. The selected candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of PA’s in the surgical service and will cover all surgical specialties in the hospital.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
Certification/Licensure: Must possess a valid Massachusetts Physician Assistant License and NCCPA Certification
Experience: Must have a minimum of one-year experience working as a Physician Assistant in a surgical capacity.
