Milford Regional Medical Center Nursing Assistant Training Program

About Our Program:
- Training Program start date March 17, 2025
- Comprehensive paid training to ensure your success (program length is 32 hours/week for 4 weeks = 128 hours total)
- Program is a mix of theory/classroom, simulation/lab and clinical experience.
- Run by the Education Department, with various guest speakers/trainers assisting
- Participants will receive American Heart Association BLS certification
- All final candidates will be invited for a half-day opportunity to shadow a nursing assistant prior to receiving a job offer.
- Guaranteed benefits-eligible inpatient nursing assistant position (evening or night shift) upon completion of the program
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old as of March 17th, 2025
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings, nights, weekends & holidays
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
