Position: Practice Supervisor - Medical Assistant or LPN

Job Description: The Practice Supervisor supports the daily clinical and operating activities of Milford Regional Physician Group's urgent care offices.  The candidate will be responsible for supervising both the clinical and clerical staff and the daily operating needs of the office.  The candidate will also write clinical protocols for urgent care and fill in during sick calls and shortages. Practice Supervisors provide cross coverage for all MRPG urgent care locations and will participate in call 1 in 5 weekends.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills and demonstrated customer service skills are all required. 
• Medical Assisting Certification and/or Registration or active Massachusetts License in Practical Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
