Clinical Resource Nurse (LPN)

Department MRPG- Milford Regional Urgent Care- Northbridge Schedule Full-time Shift Days and Evenings Hours 40hrs, exempt

Clinical Resource Nurse (LPN) for Milford Regional Urgent Care offices

Statement of Purpose
The Clinical Resource Nurse supports the daily clinical activities of Milford Regional Physician Group's urgent care offices.  The Clinical Resource Nurse will be responsible for clinical competencies and developing training sessions for our three urgent care offices and the clinical support staff.  The Clinical Resource Nurse will also write clinical protocols for urgent care and fill in during sick calls and shortages acting as a floor nurse.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Certification/Licensure: LPN License
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an outpatient LPN. Urgent care experience is strongly preferred. Past experience developing clinical competencies of support staff and writing clinical protocols preferred.

Candidate must be flexible with work location, this position will float between our urgent care offices located in Northbridge, Hopkinton, Milford, and Franklin, MA.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours, benefits
Some weekend shifts required, approximately one per month depending on need
Some early evening shifts are required up until 8 pm
