Recruiter / HR Generalist for Milford Regional Physician Group
Statement of Purpose:
The Recruiter at Milford Regional Physician Group is responsible for full cycle recruitment throughout our physician group, covering more than 35 physician offices in the Milford, MA area. This position will also be responsible for other HR Generalist duties as needed.
Education: High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Certification: PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred
Experience: Candidate should have prior experience working as an in-house Recruiter, with healthcare experience preferred. Must demonstrate superior interpersonal skills, sound judgment and decision making abilities, and well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidates will need strong organizational skills and an understanding of employment law.
