Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm
*Minor holidays

The New Patient Coordinator will welcome new patients into the care of our group and connect them to the providers and services that will best meet their individual needs.  Reporting to the Director of Operations, the New Patient Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service functions.  The incumbent in this role with answer patient inquiries, register new patients, schedule appointments, and act as the patient's liaison.  

Minimum Qualifications:  High School Graduate and/or GED.  Experience working face to face with customers preferably in the medical field and/or medical billing preferred.  Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills along with excellent computer skills
