Statement of Purpose:
This HR Recruiter role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities that support the hiring of highly qualified candidates who match the organization’s values and culture. Activities include building consultative relationships with hiring managers, sourcing and developing talent pipelines, managing the interview, reference check and offer processes. The HR Recruiter also contributes to broader HR department initiatives by participating in special projects, work groups and events, such as employee orientation and appreciation/recognition celebrations.
General hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. 1-2 days week/work from home possible after orienting to the role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
Certification / License: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred.
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Must have demonstrated success with managing 50+ requisitions while delivering excellent customer service. Highly skilled in a variety of internet recruiting techniques and applicant tracking systems. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and be extremely well organized. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills required.
