Dietary Supervisor

Department Food & Nutrition Schedule Per Diem/On-call Shift Day & E/O Weekends Hours on call-(hours/days vary)

Statement of Purpose:

Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the dietary supervisor is responsible for the room serviceoperations and the supervision of the dietary employees in day-to-day operations.


Education:High School DegreeRead, write and understand English at least at an 8th grade level

Certification / License:Current ServSafe Certification

Experience:1-3 years of food service experience-Knowledge of therapeutic diets-1 + years of supervisory experience
