Milford Regional Physician Group is searching for dynamic Registration Scheduler to join our award winning team!

Milford Regional Urgent Care - Franklin
Status:
Full Time (40 hours per week), Non-Exempt
Schedule:
Schedule will be on a 3 week rotation, consisting of a mix of 12 & 8 hours shifts.  Schedule will include working every second weekend (9am-5pm)

Registration Scheduler for MRPG's Urgent Care office in Franklin, MA

Statement of Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, our Registration Scheduler is responsible for greeting patients in an urgent care office, answering a multi-line phone system, patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient referrals, co-pay/collections, as well as scanning and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Certification/Licensure: N/A
Experience: Proven experience working with various computer systems required.  Strong customer service experience required.
Preferred skills: Medical terminology and previous medical office experience strongly preferred.


Schedule:

full-time, benefit eligible
Schedule may range between 7:30am-8:30pm (weekdays) and 7:30am-5:30pm (weekends), set schedules to be developed upon hire
Candidates must have broad availability to cover days, evenings and weekend shifts as needed (
Weekend availability is required and will be on a rotation)
